Terms of service

Welcome to Premium Airconditioning. By purchasing our products or using our services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully as they outline your rights, responsibilities, and obligations.

1. Acceptance

By placing an order, customers and contractors agree to adhere to these terms and conditions.

2. Pricing

All prices listed are exclusive of VAT. Prices include applicable discounts and are presented as net values.

3. Stock Availability

It is the customer’s responsibility to confirm stock availability with Premium Airconditioning before making any legal commitments or placing an order.

4. Specifications

Customers and dealers must verify all equipment specifications before sale and invoicing. Premium Airconditioning will not be held liable for damage or operational issues caused by units that fail to meet specified levels if the specifications were not confirmed before purchase.

5. Model and Pricing Changes

Model numbers and pricing are subject to change without prior written notice due to product improvements or fluctuations in the ZAR/USD exchange rate. Specifications may also be updated as part of our commitment to innovation.

6. Product Returns

Returns are not permitted once an air conditioning unit has been installed. Returns or refunds for Armourflex used with copper pipes are not accepted.

7. Warranty Information

Compressors: Standard 5-year warranty (effective from January 1, 2022). Regular servicing is required for validity.

Air Conditioning Units: Standard 2-year warranty (effective from January 1, 2022). Regular servicing is required for validity.

Premium Airconditioning reserves the right to deny warranty claims at its discretion. Warranty claims must follow proper procedures, and dealers must complete training at a designated academy prior to sale.

8. Installation

Best practices must be followed during installation to maintain warranty validity. Non-compliance will void the warranty. A copy of the “Best Practice Installation” guidelines is available upon request from the LG AE Division.

9. Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover labor or travel expenses, refrigerant, or damage caused by acts of God, vandalism, or rodent activity. Warranty applies to parts only.

10. Liability Disclaimer

While every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of our information, Premium Airconditioning accepts no liability for errors in pricing, specifications, or other marketing materials.

11. Special Units

Specific policies and procedures apply to Multi V, Multi Mini, and Multi F units.

12. Measurement Accuracy

KW ratings and BTUs have been rounded for convenience. Customers should cross-reference this data with product information for precise details.

13. Return Address

All returns must be sent to the following address:

Eastrand Branch, 83 Atlas Road, Anderbolt, Boksburg, 1501. All return costs are the client’s responsibility.
