Refund policy
At Premium Airconditioning, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our products and services. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. General Policy
• Returns are not permitted once an air conditioning unit has been installed.
• Refunds or returns for Armourflex for copper pipes are not accepted under any circumstances.
2. Return Eligibility
• To be eligible for a return, the product must be:
• Unused and in its original packaging.
• Free of any installation or tampering.
• Accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).
3. Non-Returnable Items
• Installed air conditioning units.
• Accessories or components that have been used, damaged, or altered.
4. Warranty-Related Returns
• For warranty claims on compressors or air conditioning units, all claims must adhere to the warranty terms:
• Regular servicing must be documented.
• Installation must follow “Best Practice Installation” guidelines. Non-compliance voids the warranty.
• Labor, travel expenses, and refrigerants are not covered by the warranty.
5. Return Process
• All return requests must be approved by Premium Airconditioning prior to dispatch.
• Approved returns should be sent to the following address:

• Return Costs: All costs associated with returning the product, including shipping, are the customer’s responsibility.
6. Refunds
• Refunds will only be processed for eligible returns as outlined in this policy.
• Refunds will be issued using the original payment method after the product has been inspected and approved.
7. Special Cases
• Multi V, Multi Mini, and Multi F units have specific policies that must be followed. Please contact us for detailed guidance.
