Shipping policy

At Premium Airconditioning, we are committed to ensuring that your orders are delivered efficiently and securely. Please review our shipping policy for important details about our process.


We use a combination of our own network of drivers and trusted courier partners to deliver your orders. This ensures timely and reliable service across South Africa. We deliver to locations throughout South Africa, and for deliveries to outlying or remote areas, a surcharge may apply. You will be notified of any additional charges before dispatch. For deliveries outside of South Africa, please contact us to discuss availability and additional charges.


We offer free shipping on all orders over R2,500 within South Africa. For orders below R2,500, standard shipping fees will apply and will be calculated at checkout. Estimated delivery times are between 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location. Deliveries to outlying or remote areas may take longer.


Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a notification with tracking details to monitor your shipment’s progress. Please ensure that the delivery address provided is accurate and accessible during business hours. Someone must be available to sign for the delivery. If no one is available, a re-delivery fee may be charged.


If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt by contacting our support team at sales@premiumair.co.za. Include your order number and photos of the issue to help us resolve it promptly. Refusing a delivery without prior approval may result in additional fees. Returns must comply with our Return and Refund Policy.
